Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available for all of our treatments or for a value of your choice and are valid for 6 months.

If you would like any advice about our treatments or packages please don’t hesitate to call us as we are happy to help in anyway we can.

Large Bookings

For large and group bookings we require payment in full at the time of booking and ask for 7 days notice if you need to cancel or re-schedule. Any bookings cancelled with 72 hours notice will have 50% of the amount paid refunded, under 72 hours notice will not be refunded.

Health Problems/ Allergies

For your health and well being please disclose at the time of booking if you have any medical problems, allergies, recent injury or health problems. As certain treatments may need to be adapted, or you may need to check with a medical professional that a treatment is safe for you. By disclosing this information prior to arrival we can make the necessary checks to ensure your safety during your visit, failure to disclose the information prior to your appointment time may result in us not being able to do your treat

Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, any treatment cancelled with 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge, any treatment cancelled on the day of your appointment will incur the full charge of the booking. Late arrival may result in your treatment being shortened accordingly.

The spa is open to both men and women, and can accommodate small groups for bookings. On the day of your appointment please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your treatment time to complete a new client card. Please feel free to arrive up to 30 minutes before any treatment to enjoy light refreshments and relax before your treatment journey begins.
