* Reflexology currently only available at Penwortham branch*
There is a minimum term for each of 3 months for our memberships, which then continue on a rolling month.
Memberships are to be used once per month and by the named person only, payments are processed on the anniversary of sign up date each month paying up front for the next 30 days membership, i.e payment taken on 28th September pays for the membership treatment between 28th September - 28th October which must be taken within the time frame by the named person on the membership.
Un-used treatments can not be rolled over to another month, and can not be used by a different person.
Within the memberships you are not restricted to the named service within that category i.e if you are due a back neck and shoulder massage but you would prefer a hot stone massage that month you can pay the difference between the full priced services to upgrade.
10% discount off products and additional services can not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Discount applied to individual services, can not be used against packages.
We recommend booking in advance so please call your chosen branch and pre book your treatments, we can get very busy so advise booking 3 months at a time so you can have your chosen date & time.
Memberships can be used at either branch.
14 days notice required for cancellations, membership payments can not be refunded or transferred.
